Customer Service Representative

We have an immediate opportunity for a Customer Support Representative to answer phones, take orders from clients, enter data into Great Plains, answer questions on company products, create and maintain Excel spreadsheets, and perform other office duties as needed. W ork hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.** Qualified candidates must have prior Customer Service experience, must be computer literate with accurate data entry skills, must have the ability to create Excel spreadsheets, must have excellent communication, organizational, follow-up, and telephone skills, must have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, and must be self-motivated with a positive attitude. Only candidates that can pass a background check. **This company uses Great Plains right now; however, they are in the process of switching to Net Suites Software.*Area Temps still believes that the best way to serve both our employees and our customers is through personal service.
