Marketing Assistant
Position Summary: The Marketing Assistant supports the marketing team with daily tasks, content creation, and basic campaign coordination. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, organized, creative, and excited to develop foundational marketing skills across digital, print, and social media channels.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and beginner-level design tools (e.g., Canva)
· Solid organization and time‑management abilities
· Attention to detail with accurate data entry and documentation
· Ability to learn quickly and collaborate effectively with team members
Responsibilities:
· Assist with planning and executing basic marketing campaigns across digital and print channels
· Help maintain marketing calendars, schedules, and task lists to keep projects on track
· Draft social media posts, simple email content, and short-form copy for various platforms
· Gather photos, project details, and other content to support marketing initiatives
· Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and engagement activity
· Support event coordination, including preparing materials and handling simple logistics
· Organize and maintain marketing files, contact lists, and digital asset libraries
· Assist with collecting data and preparing basic reports on campaigns and social media performance
· Perform online research for competitor insights, trends, or project support
· Collaborate with internal teams and vendors by gathering information and coordinating small tasks
Experience/Requirements:
· High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or actively pursuing.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Comfortable using social media platforms and basic office software.
· Interest in marketing, design, communications, or content creation.
· Organized, willing to learn, and able to manage multiple simple tasks.
