Location: Columbus, OHOnsite Schedule: 100% onsite (5 days per week)Compensation Range: $58 - 62 per hourWe are seeking an Experience Research Senior Associate to play a pivotal role in shaping user-centered experiences across our product ecosystem. Leveraging advanced proficiency in both quantitative and qualitative techniques, you will identify deep-seated customer needs and translate them into actionable insights that directly influence design, architecture, and functionality.As a core strategist, you will lead the decision-making process on research methodologies to answer critical design questions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, acting as an expert voice in research discussions to ensure our offerings are rooted in user evidence. If you are a rigorous analyst who excels at turning complex data into strategic recommendations, we want you to help us build more intuitive and impactful products.
