Minutemen Direct is recruiting for CNC Machinists in Cleveland, OH area on 1st and 2nd shifts. Must have at least 5 years experience in component CNC machining. Pay starts at $26.00 and goes up BOE. These are DIRECT HIRE opportunities and comes with a full benefits package and more!

Hours:

1st shift 5am-3:30pm M/TH

2nd shift 3:30pm-2:00am M/TH

Responsibilities:

Perform machine setup and operation

Edit and maintain CNC programs

Ability to run large machining centers either VTL or HBM

Inspection and measurement of machined components

Implement continuous improvement

Qualifications:

5 Years experience in component CNC Machining

Ability to interpret blueprint/drawing specifications and GD&T

Dealt with lower run quantities per part

Proven ability to develop the machining skills of others

Experience with various inspections methods ( Hand gauges, CMM, etc.)

Overhead crane operation and rigging experience

Basic computer skills for web based communications and email
