Project Manager
About the Role:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for providingproject management services to an assigned high-profile Aviation or Government &Defense client account to help achieve the company's strategic businessobjectives.
This job is part of the Project Management function. Theyare responsible for the management of projects from initiation throughcompletion.
What You'll Do:
· Manage all areas ofproject management for multiple projects. This includes planning, design,construction, occupancy, and closeout with respect to the delivery of specificsite-based work for various projects.
· Work collaborativelyalongside the Regional Project Managers Scheduler, Estimator, and Controller tomanage the site.
· Interface with variousinternal and external stakeholder groups to align the necessary consultationsand approvals.
· Work with thecontractor to coordinate the required permits, approvals, and consents as wellas to coordinate site logistics.
· Oversee the delivery ofthe works in line with scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk requirements.
· Coordinate theeffective application of change control procedures and escalates decisions asrequired.
· Work collaborativelywith the wider regional team to coordinate reviews, inspections, and approvalsincl. design, health and safety, quality, environmental, security, etc.
· Work collaborativelywith the wider regional team to coordinate procurement activities and contractmanagement activities.
· Define the projectdelivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the projectqualification process. Conduct complex requests for proposals, complete bidevaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
· Facilitate thedevelopment of a charter and integrated timeline.
· Ensure all functionsremain on schedule and issues get resolved or escalated.
· Facilitate regularmeetings to review project status for active and pending projects.
· Collaborate to developsolutions and guide the project team through implementation and completion.
· Apply advancedknowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing bothindividual and department objectives.
· Showcase expertise inown job discipline and in-depth knowledge of other job disciplines within theorganization function.
· Coach others to developin-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function.
· Lead by example andmodel behaviors that are consistent with company RISE values. Anticipatespotential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels and ofdivergent interest, to adopt a different point of view.
· Impact the achievementof customer, operational, project, or service objectives acrossmulti-discipline teams. Work is guided by functional policies which impact thedesign of procedures and policies.
· Contribute to newproducts, processes, standards, and/or operational plans in support ofachieving functional goals.
· Communicate difficultand complex ideas with the ability to influence.
WhatYou'll Need:
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States withoutthe need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
· Bachelor'sDegree preferred with 5+ years of relevant experience in program or projectmanagement. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education willbe considered.
· Demonstratedexpertise in project management and / or applicable technical areas to delivercomplex road / highways projects. Experience with large international airportprojects or equivalent infrastructure projects or programs is strongly desired.
· Strongtechnical capability in all project phases, including design, planning,construction, operations, and maintenance preferably largeprogram/projects.
· Demonstrableexperience in managing stakeholder relationships and providing reporting toenable effective decision making.
· Familiarityof working in collaborative project environments and a working knowledge andexperience of progressive contracting models incl. Progressive Design Build andTarget Price.
· Goodstakeholder engagement and communication skills including the ability tofacilitate meetings / workshops with groups of stakeholders.
· Recognizeddegree and professional designation in a relevant field considered an asset.
· Theinnovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
· Abilityto solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broadimpact on the business.
· In-depthknowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook,etc.
· Expertorganizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $90,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $135,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
