Maintenance Technician
Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician – West Jefferson, OH
Pay: $25/hr
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Acloche is seeking experienced maintenance technicians for a manufacturing facility. Must be able to read equipment manuals and bring own tools.
Key Skills:
- Troubleshooting: motors, transformers, and CNC electrical controls.
- Facility maintenance: plumbing, carpentry, painting, fire systems, air compressors.
- Equipment operation: forklifts, rigging, and machine placement.
- Fabrication: welding (ARC/stick), oxy/acetylene, plasma cutting.
- Hydraulics & pneumatics: repair, install, rebuild components.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of 3-phase electric motor and machine control.
- Ability to lift medium to heavy loads and work at elevated heights.
- Previous maintenance experience in manufacturing preferred.
- Must bring own tools and be able to read/write technical manuals.
