Position Summary
The International Center of Greater Cincinnati is seeking a Part-Time Community Navigator to support outreach and engagement within immigrant communities. This role focuses on building relationships, connecting individuals to resources, coordinating partnerships, and supporting community-driven initiatives that promote long-term socio-economic stability.

The Community Navigator will work closely with immigrant residents, community leaders, service providers, and partner organizations to identify needs, improve access to services, and help facilitate collaborative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Build and maintain relationships with immigrant community members, local leaders, service providers, and institutions.

· Connect individuals and families to resources such as education, employment services, healthcare, and social services.

· Coordinate with community stakeholders to address challenges and support collaborative problem-solving.

· Maintain accurate records of individuals served and collect data to support program reporting and evaluation.

· Support the planning and implementation of community initiatives and public engagement events under the guidance of the leadership team.

· Conduct outreach to emerging and established community leaders to strengthen networks and working groups.

· Monitor and document community needs, resource mobilization efforts, and program outcomes.

· Promote awareness, community engagement, and self-advocacy within immigrant communities.

Qualifications

· Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.

· Experience in community engagement, community organizing, or working with immigrant and refugee populations.

· Ability to build partnerships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage data and documentation.

· Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with organizational leadership.

· Fluency in French is a plus.
