About the Position
Job Title: RN Step Down Profession: RN Step Down Specialty: RN Step Down Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: RN license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Description: Provide care to patients in a step-down unit. Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care. Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions and care plans. Ensure compliance with medical protocols and safety standards.
