• Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), every other weekend and holiday

• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,628 - $2,700

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience required
• Experience in Oncology, Stepdown, Surgical, or Telemetry nursing preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Compliance with healthcare onboarding requirements (immunizations, background check, competency exams, etc.)

Oncology Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical support and nursing care to oncology and stepdown patients
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions; administer medications and manage IVs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the oncology care process
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives and clinical support activities
