Job Title: Residential Manager

Location: Chagrin Falls

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour pending experience

We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Residential Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residence and ensure our residents receive exceptional care in a comfortable, home-like setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the group home, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

- Provide leadership and guidance to staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

- Maintain open communication with residents, families, and staff to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.

- Oversee the implementation of individualized care plans for residents.

- Manage budgets, supplies, and other resources efficiently to maintain a high-quality living environment.

- Ensure the group home meets safety, cleanliness, and quality standards at all times.

- Foster a culture of respect, compassion, and teamwork among staff and residents.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 3-4 years of management experience is required.

-Proven experience in a managerial role within an assisted living, healthcare, or related environment.

- Knowledge of senior care regulations, policies, and best practices.

- Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.

- CPR & Medication Administration Certification is required (company will assist with these certifications).
