Branch Manager Responsibilities:
- Drive sales, operations, and profit for your branch
- Lead recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching of team members
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and top-notch service
- Communicate clear expectations and provide feedback and resources
- Support growth and achieve targets through strategic initiatives
- Maintain compliance with policies and regulations
- Balance time with clients, team members, and on-site locations
Qualifications:
- Experience in management or team leadership preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Valid driver's license for travel between branch and client sites
