Experienced Scaffold Builders

The Tradesmen Group LLC (TTG) is actively seeking skilled scaffold builders for ongoing restoration work in the region. This is a full-time opportunity with a company that values craftsmanship, safety, and long-term career growth. If you have experience in scaffold erection and dismantling, and a passion for working on meaningful projects, we want to hear from you.

TTG is a nationally recognized, award-winning contractor specializing in historic building restoration and rehabilitation . We self-perform a wide range of trades including masonry, roofing, architectural metals, carpentry, and painting. As a 100% employee-owned company , TTG operates from three regional offices across the Midwest, East Coast, and South. Our team is deeply committed to preserving the architectural heritage of the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and stage scaffold materials from the yard
• Deliver and organize scaffold components at job sites
• Read and interpret scaffold plans and layout drawings
• Build scaffold systems to match engineered designs and adapt to site conditions
• Install OSHA-compliant access systems including stairs, ladders, and hoists
• Safely dismantle scaffold structures and prepare materials for transport
• Maintain organization and cleanliness during setup and breakdown

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Prior experience in scaffold building required
• Scaffold certification preferred (training available for qualified candidates)
• OSHA 10-hour certification required before starting
• Must pass a background check
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Reliable transportation to job sites
