We are The Fountain Group, a national staffing firm and we are currently seeking a Receptionist for a prominent client of ours. This position is based in Cincinnati, OH . Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
- Pay: $24-$25/hr to start!
- 12 -month assignment with possibility for extension based on performance and budget.
- Shift: Monday-Friday; 40 hours a week; Onsite
Position Summary
Serves as the Receptionist / Visitor Control Coordinator / Purchasing Aid for the Cincinnati site. This role is responsible for delivering a professional first impression to all visitors while supporting purchasing operations and maintaining office supply inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, issue badges, and provide directions
- Manage reception area and visitor control processes
- Handle difficult or escalated visitor interactions professionally
- Create shopping carts and purchase orders within the purchasing system
- Track and maintain office supply inventory
- Coordinate lunches/refreshments for key site visitors
- Ensure compliance with Corporate and Divisional policies
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; some college preferred
- 2+ years customer relations experience
- 2+ years demonstrating strong organization and decision-making
- Strong computer knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Purchasing system experience preferred (SAP)
- Travel systems experience preferred
