**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker, where you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse operations. **Responsibilities** + Perform shipping and receiving duties. + Stock shelves and sort packages. + Organize items and manage inventory. + Scan, label, and mark products using an RF scanner. + Operate manual pallet jacks for material handling. + Load and unload products as needed. **Essential Skills** + General labor and warehouse experience. + Proficiency in shipping, stocking, and picking. + Ability to use RF scanners and pallet jacks. + Experience in material handling and inventory management. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School Diploma or GED. + Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required. + Willingness to train and certify on CROWN trucks upon permanent hire. **Why Work Here?** Experience a pay increase once you become a permanent employee. Forklifts and hand carts are used, navigating the aisles safely. The temperature varies with the seasons; the warehouse is heated in winter but can become very hot in summer. Dress in light, breathable layers and wear sneakers, boots, or steel-toe shoes. Open-toe shoes, sandals, flats, and heels are prohibited. No cellphones or electronics are permitted in the warehouse. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, NJ. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
