Contract Administrative Assistant Journeyman RQKP

: Overview: C2 ALASKA, LLC Wright Patterson Airforce Base, OH THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON BID AWARD The Contract Administrative Assistant will support all Branches within AFRL/PZL and will directly support RQKP Branch and Section Chiefs in execution of your duties. Responsibilities:

• Prepare reports, papers, and briefings In Accordance With (IAW) DAFH 33-337 and prepare correspondence IAW AFMAN 33-326
• Perform the lifecycle tasks associated with Contract Closeout
• Coordinate, analyze, distribute, and monitor action items, taskers, suspense's, and responses.
• Perform Records Management at the Branch or Division level.
• Provide recommendations regarding administrative & office management processes & procedures.
• Prepare agendas, reports, documents, and briefings.
• Schedule meetings, maintain appointment calendars, and conference room schedules.
• Answer telephones, forward messages, and provide responses to routine queries.
• Manage and maintain internal office trackers, rosters, and lists.
• Manage Purchase Requests and Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests. This includes retrieval from Government systems (CCaR, FM Suite, DEAMS, Etc…), logging and tracking, and distribution to appropriate personnel.
• Assist with Quarterly and Annual Awards
• Other Executive Secretary / Administrative Assistant function as required by Division or Branch
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree OR
• Minimum three (3) years' experience in closely related skills
• Possess and maintain a Tier III Secret adjudicated security clearance

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Within 3 months of start candidate will be fully proficient in the following systems:
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
• Ability to learn, execute, and eventually train others within 6 months of their start date in the following systems:
  • ConWrite, ConAward, CON-IT, CCaR, FMSuite, and DEAMs, KT-Fileshare, Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment

• Travel to other Government or Contractor facilities may be required.
