- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, supply chain coordination, or administrative support
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, have basic computer skills and the ability to use standard office equipment
- Ability to communicate professionally with visitors, drivers, and other teammates
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proficient with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel , Outlook), ERP systems, and TMS systems
- Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment
