Senior Enterprise Partnership Manager

Your Impact
As a Partner Manager at Deliverect, you will be at the forefront of expanding and strengthening our partner ecosystem, playing a critical role in driving the company’s growth. You will build and nurture strategic relationships with key partners, ensuring they are aligned with Deliverect’s vision and delivering value for both parties. Your efforts will directly contribute to Deliverect’s market presence, revenue growth, and brand reputation, helping to solidify our position as a leader in the B2B SaaS space for the food and beverage industry. Key Highlights
**Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with strategic referral and integration partners to drive mutual growth and success. Own the sourcing process for new Enterprise grade integration partners to further strengthen our integration capabilities.
**Revenue Growth: Lead partnership initiatives that directly contribute to Deliverect’s revenue, leveraging co-marketing and joint sales efforts. Own a quarterly target based on deal sourcing from our Enterprise Partnerships. Work hand in hand with our sales team to source and support new deals.
**Partner Enablement: Design and execute partner onboarding and training programs to ensure that partners are fully equipped to promote and sell Deliverect’s platform.
**Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to align partner initiatives with Deliverect’s overall business objectives. Work to determine our integration priorities and hold accountability for development timelines.Additional Information:

Work Location: This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our Toronto office once a month
Compensation: The expected annual OTE for this role in Toronto is between CAD 126,000 - and CAD 161,000
Compensation: The expected annual OTE for this role in USA is between $150,500 - $190,000

What you will do:
- Conduct research to identify potential partners that align with Deliverect’s target market. Develop and implement outreach strategies to build strong, long-term partnerships that drive mutual success.
- Nurture existing partner relationships by providing continuous support, sharing product updates, and aligning on shared goals.
- Regularly engage with partners to keep them informed and motivated.
- Lead the negotiation and finalisation of partnership agreements, ensuring that terms are favorable and that both parties understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new partners, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to succeed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create training materials and conduct regular training sessions.
- Collaborate with partners on co-marketing campaigns and joint sales efforts to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor the performance of these campaigns, analyze key metrics, and recommend improvements to enhance results.
- Work closely with the Developer Relations and Product teams to ensure that partner integrations are seamless and meet technical requirements.
- Provide feedback to the product team to influence future development based on partner needs.
- Prioritise integrations based on internal demand and strategic priorities.
- Regularly analyse partner performance data, using tools like Salesforce and Looker to monitor revenue contributions, engagement levels, and satisfaction.
- Prepare and present performance reports to internal stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for growth and improvement.
What you will bring:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally within the SaaS technology sector.
- Extensive experience with the food & beverage industry or related partner networks (e.g., POS providers) is a must.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners, demonstrating excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- A solid understanding of ERP software, REST API integrations, and technical partner enablement. Ability to communicate technical requirements and collaborate with Developer Relations teams.
- Experience managing complex partner onboarding programs and co-marketing initiatives, with a focus on execution and results.
- Proficiency in tracking and analyzing partner performance data to provide actionable insights and optimize partnership strategies.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure seamless partner enablement and support.
