We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Mechanic who enjoys solving problems, improving equipment performance, and keeping production running smoothly. You'll work with mechanical and electromechanical systems, support engineering teams, and help maintain the facility's equipment to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime.

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot machinery (mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, etc.)
  
• Assist with installations and upgrades
  
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment diagnostics
  
• Optimize machinery for peak efficiency
  
• Keep detailed service records and follow safety protocols
  
• Collaborate with teams across departments to resolve issues quickly
  

• 5+ years' experience in mechanical/equipment maintenance (manufacturing preferred)
  
• Solid troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems
  
• Comfortable with hand/power tools, blueprints, schematics, and diagnostic tests
  
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  
• High School Diploma or GED (technical degree a plus)
  

• Experience with motor controls, CNC machines, or PLCs
  
• Computer skills (MS Office, diagnostic software)
  
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors as needed
