Apartment Maintenance Technician

*A management company is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to cover for medical leave. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. *
Job Duties:
- Make repairs to property and grounds
- Complete routine repairs in a timely fashion
- Refresh suites between residents including cleaning, painting, and making minor repairs
- Coordinate with Lead Technician to ensure thorough quality control
- Complete daily, weekly, and quarterly cleaning assignments
- Provide custodial services throughout the property and grounds to ensure a clean, pleasing environment
- Perform preventative maintenance correctly and on time
*Qualifications: *
- Must have previous apartment/building maintenance experience
- Must have the ability to perform repairs in a timely manner
- Must be able to paint and make minor repairs
- Must have the ability to ensure a clean and pleasing environment throughout the inside and outside of the facility
