Northwest Partners is partnering with a premier client in the legal services industry to hire an experienced full time Manager of Learning and Development .

What YOU will do

• Lead the design, development, and execution of learning and development strategies to support employee growth and organizational objectives

• Assess training needs across the organization and implement scalable learning programs

• Develop leadership, onboarding, and professional development programs to foster career progression and retention

• Partner with business leaders and HR to align learning initiatives with company goals and performance outcomes

• Manage digital learning platforms, tools, and vendor relationships to ensure effective delivery of training content

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through data, feedback, and performance metrics, making improvements as needed

• Coach and mentor managers on best practices for team development, engagement, and performance management

• Stay up to date with learning technology trends, adult learning methodologies, and talent development strategies

What YOU will bring us

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning and Development or Organizational Development roles

• Proven ability to design, implement, and measure impactful learning programs

• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to influence leaders at all levels

• Experience with digital learning platforms, LMS tools, and e-learning design software

• Familiarity with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles

• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Demonstrated success in managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, growing organization
