Caregiver – Evening & Overnight Shifts (Couples Care)
Location: Marshallville, Ohio
Employer: Cornerstone Caregiving
Base Rate: $16.00/hr
Weekend Rate: $22.50/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $100 after 60 days (no call-offs + 20 completed shifts)

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking experienced and dependable caregivers for evening and overnight shifts in Marshallville, Ohio, providing high‑quality couples care for two clients in the same household. This role requires professionalism, compassion, and strong skills in ADLs, memory care, and safe transferring.

The Caregiver will support two clients in a shared residence, delivering consistent, attentive care during evening and overnight hours. Responsibilities include ADL assistance, memory care, mobility support, and safe transfer techniques such as Hoyer Lift and Gait Belt use. Reliability and strong communication are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Medication reminders

Assistance with ADLs for both clients (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)

Memory care support

Safe transfers using gait belt and Hoyer lift

Personal hygiene and incontinence care

Meal preparation and dietary support

Light housekeeping and maintaining a safe environment

Companionship and emotional support

Overnight monitoring and safety checks

Accurate documentation and communication with care teams

Additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (home care or facility)

Experience with couples care preferred

Proficiency in memory care, ADLs, Hoyer Lift, and Gait Belt

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Dependability and professionalism

Ability to work evening and overnight shifts

Reliable transportation

Ability to pass a background check
