**Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a General Laborer. This position involves various tasks in a manufacturing environment where precision and attention to detail are essential. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using basic hand tools and measuring devices to perform tasks such as grinding, beveling, cleaning, and packaging materials.

**Responsibilities:**
- Operate basic hand tools and measuring devices according to established procedures.
- Perform grinding and beveling operations to prepare materials as required.
- Clean and maintain work areas, ensuring a safe and organized environment.
- Package finished products securely for shipment or storage.
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
- Assist with inventory management by counting and reporting materials used.

**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is a plus.
- Ability to use basic hand tools (e.g., grinders, sanders, wrenches) effectively.
- Familiarity with measuring devices (e.g., tape measures, calipers) and ability to read measurements accurately.
- Physical stamina and strength to lift and move materials as needed.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing job requirements.

**Working Conditions:**
- Full-time position, with occasional overtime as required.
- Work environment may involve exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
- PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) provided and required.

Training is on 1st shift Monday - Friday 7a-3:30p the pay will be $19/PH. Then go to standard shift 2nd 3p-1130p $22.00. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
