Transit & Flow is a growing services startup expanding across residential and commercial markets in Columbus. We are hiring Sales Associates looking to launch a professional sales career in a hands-on, field-based role with clear expectations, coaching, and advancement opportunities.

This position is designed for individuals who want structured exposure to outside sales, customer engagement, and revenue generation in a fast-moving environment.

Role Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will support business development efforts by prospecting, engaging customers, and assisting with the sales process. You will work closely with senior sales leadership while developing practical skills in communication, follow up, and pipeline management.

This role provides a clear path to increased responsibility based on performance.

What You Will Do

• Prospect residential, commercial, and property management opportunities
• Conduct outbound calls, field visits, and follow ups
• Schedule meetings and site visits for senior sales staff
• Assist with estimates, proposals, and service agreements
• Maintain accurate activity records in CRM systems
• Follow up consistently with prospects and customers
• Communicate questions or roadblocks early
• Use Slack for internal communication and coordination
• Use Google Workspace for documentation and reporting
• Support closing and account handoff processes
