Job Title: Landscape Foreman

Job Description:
A local company in Marietta is seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to join their team. The Landscape Foreman will be responsible for overseeing job sites, performing various landscaping tasks, and interacting with customers. Duties include completing paperwork, running job sites, transportation, answering questions from the team and customers, customer interaction, job sequencing, and performing maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate should have experience in landscaping, possess strong leadership skills, and be able to perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities:

Complete necessary paperwork related to job sites, including work orders and time sheets.
Run and oversee job sites, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
Transport crew and equipment to and from job sites in a timely manner.
Answer questions from the team and customers, providing guidance and support as needed.
Interact with customers, including meeting and greeting homeowners, and maintaining communication throughout the project.
Sequence jobs to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Perform landscape maintenance tasks, including pushing wheelbarrows, planting, mulching, removing old plant material, shoveling, and raking.
Ensure the proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

Job Requirements:

Must be capable of lifting heavy objects and performing physically demanding tasks.
Possession of steel-toed boots for safety and protection.
Must have a valid driver's license for transportation purposes.
Previous experience as landscaping foreman.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and guide a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Flexibility to perform various job duties as assigned.

This is a full time temp to hire opportunity! Hours are Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm Pay is based on experience, starting at $16 per hour.
