Production Technician

Production Operator $30 2nd Shift

Overview

Join a small, team‑based production cell manufacturing heavy‑duty forklift attachments. This hands‑on role focuses on grinding, straightening, and inspecting large metal components to ensure high quality in a heavy industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Grind and finish metal parts using 6” and 9” grinders and hand tools
• Smooth, straighten, and visually inspect metal components
• Safely handle heavy forklift attachments, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Enter basic production and inspection data into a computer
• Assist other departments as needed to support production
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Work as part of a small team to meet daily production goals
• Available for overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Findlay, OH.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $27.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Findlay,OH.
