Pay: $19.00/hr Shift: 1st Shift (Monday--Friday, 7:00 AM--3:30 PM; Overtime as Needed)

Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable, safety-focused Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations. In this role, you'll operate stand-up lift equipment to pick orders, replenish stock, and move inventory throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up cherry picker/order picker forklifts to retrieve, move, and store inventory at varying height levels
• Accurately pick, scan, and stage orders based on production or shipping needs
• Perform daily pre-operation inspections and report any maintenance issues
• Follow all safety guidelines, including fall protection and warehouse traffic rules
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory checks, and stock replenishment
• Use RF scanners or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to maintain accurate inventory records
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet productivity and accuracy goals

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Experience operating stand-up cherry pickers/order pickers
• Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain during onboarding)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at elevated heights (up to 30 ft)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Basic computer and/or RF scanner skills
