Chats Cloud Cover is seeking a dedicated and professional Client Relationship Representative to serve as the primary point of contact between our company and our clients. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships while ensuring our service standards are consistently met. You will act as the client's advocate, solving issues and delivering updates that enhance satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.

• Address client inquiries, concerns, or requests in a timely and professional manner.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.

• Maintain detailed records of client communications, updates, and feedback.

• Monitor client satisfaction and suggest improvements where necessary.

• Provide regular reports and updates to the management team.

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in client services, customer support, or relationship management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a client-first mindset.

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.

• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
