Mancan has partnered with a leading manufacturing company in Caldwell. We are seeking an experienced, safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to ensure the efficient movement, storage, and organization of products within our warehouse or distribution center.
Key Responsibilities: * Operate forklifts and heavy equipment to transport materials throughout the facility* Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets safely and efficiently
* Stack and organize products in designated storage areas
* Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on forklifts and equipment
* Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company guidelines
* Accurately record incoming and outgoing shipments to assist with inventory management
* Work closely with warehouse supervisors and team members to maintain smooth operations Qualifications & Experience: * Proven experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse or distribution center
* Proficiency in operating various forklifts (e.g., cherry pickers, clamp trucks)
* Basic mechanical skills for performing routine equipment maintenance
* Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
* Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
* Strong attention to detail, organization, and safety awareness Schedule: 8-hour shifts
