Proficy Configuration Specialist

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Proficy Configuration Specialist to support a global manufacturing client's digital manufacturing and MES initiatives. This role is critical in configuring, deploying, and supporting Proficy MES modules across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring accurate production, performance, and quality data. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on Proficy experience, a solid manufacturing background, and the ability to independently lead discovery sessions, translate operational requirements into system configuration, and support multi-site rollouts. This position requires excellent communication skills, cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and IT teams, and flexibility to travel to manufacturing sites as needed.

Skills and Requirements

Proficy MES experience, at a technician / configuration level

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Proficy experience

Strong ability to work independently and self-manage

Excellent communication skills

Manufacturing environment background P&G Proficy experience
