General Information

• Tool Room Technician / Tool Maker
• Youngstown, OH
• Up to $24/hour based on experience
• 1 st shift working Mon-Fri from 648 am to 320 pm
• Contract to Hire opportunity

As a Tool Room Technician you will provide daily production support for repair and PM of tooling and equipment used in the various processes throughout the plant.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain all injection molds.
• Build and repair spare parts for Molding and Maintenance as requested.
• Design, build and maintain fixtures, gages, and special tooling as requested.
• Design and build EOAT for product run.
• Repair and maintain all machines in the Tool Room (CNC, manual mill, surface grinder, etc.)
• Perform insert changes per production schedule.
  

Skills/Qualifications

• 3 or more years experience as a Tool Room Technician
• Experience working with manual machines in a tool room required.
• Experience with measuring tools and gages
• Experience with injection molds a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Will be subject to other pre-employment screening.
