Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality dental care and a commitment to patient satisfaction. This role involves working collaboratively with our dental team to deliver comprehensive dental services, including preventive, restorative, and emergency care. The Associate Dentist will play a crucial role in enhancing the oral health of our patients while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. This is a FFS/PPO opportunity, averaging 50 new patients a month.

Daily guarantee $ 700.00- $ 1,000.00 .

Duties

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide a range of dental services, including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, root canal therapy, dental extractions, and medical imaging.
Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
Document medical histories and maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training.
Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Experience or training in pediatric dentistry is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to patient confidentiality.
Proficiency in infection control practices and medical documentation standards.
Strong skills in patient assessment, communication, and interpersonal relations.
Ability to perform various dental procedures including root canal therapy and extractions.
Familiarity with medical imaging technologies is advantageous.
