Job Overview:

We are Growing and looking for Master technicians/mechanics who are energetic, upbeat and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our customers. They must operate with excellence and integrity, have a great attitude, and superior diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our customers
• Perform a wide range of automotive repairs and maintenance
• Research and review common problems and manufacturer TSBs to find the root cause of our guest's concerns
• Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Perform software updates using dealer-level scan tools
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
• Maintain an orderly work environment
• Work as part of a team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectively
• Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate customer concerns
• Work together with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Positive, upbeat attitude and a desire to serve customers
• 10+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
• Excellent automotive diagnostic skills to include electrical
• A strong investment in tools
• Ability to Flag 50+ hours per week
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
• Meet or exceed hourly goals
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
• Professional appearance and strong communication
• A desire for long-term career development

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
• Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
• Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair
• Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
• Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
• Drive manual transmissions vehicles
• Efficiently navigate a computer
