We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Veterinarian Medical Director to join and lead a team of doctors in Dayton, Ohio. This position offers a six-figure starting salary plus production, additional Medical Director compensation, a generous signing bonus of $60k, work/life balance, and no upfront non-compete!

This full-service animal hospital provides the highest level of veterinary medical and surgical services to its pet patients. We see dogs, cats, some pocket pets, and exotics as well!

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest or experience in surgery combined with exceptional communication skills. This team is seeking someone who has the same passion for serving and helping others, while also bringing excellent leadership skills to the table.

About the Hospital

This hospital is equipped with five exam rooms, a surgery room, and a prep room, along with full in-house lab equipment, digital x-ray, dental x-ray, end-of-life care, urgent care, extensive diagnostics, ultrasounds, and more.
