Office Assistant – Home Healthcare (Part-Time)
Monday–Friday | Hours TBD

AnsCare Services LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Office Assistant to support our mission of delivering inclusive, person-centered care. This Full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, family-like environment and values precision, confidentiality, and service.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and manage correspondence
• Support staff and managers with administrative tasks
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and DSP shifts
• Verify caregiver documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Maintain organized filing systems and assist with offsite activities
• Perform general office duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in office administration or related field
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance preferred
