General Laborer – Production
Location: Medina, OH
Pay: $15.00 per hour to start
Temp to hire – Built In OT!
Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM (48 hours)
- Friday: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM ( Optional ) (8 hours OT)
40 hours straight time and potentially 16 hours of OT each week = $960 Weekly Pay!
Job Description
We are hiring General Laborers to support production operations in Medina, Ohio . This role is ideal for dependable individuals who want consistent hours, a longer weekend, and the opportunity to learn valuable manufacturing skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general production and manufacturing duties
- Perform basic assembly, packaging, and material handling
- Load and unload parts and materials
- Inspect parts and finished products for quality
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all safety policies and production procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications
- No experience required — paid training provided
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Strong attendance and reliability are required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
