What you’ll do

• Monitor and authorize access to the facility, ensuring only authorized personnel enter the premises.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify and address any security concerns or irregularities.
• Utilize CCTV systems to oversee surveillance operations, documenting any suspicious activities or incidents.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or disturbances, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as necessary.
• Implement conflict management strategies to de-escalate situations effectively and maintain order.
• Perform inspections of bags and personal items for loss prevention purposes while adhering to company policies.
• Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and interactions for reporting purposes.
• Provide first aid and CPR assistance when required, ensuring the well-being of individuals on-site.

Basic qualifications

• Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert during long shifts.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse individuals.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous experience in security or law enforcement roles is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems is a plus.
• Training in first aid and CPR certification is advantageous.
• Background in military service can enhance your candidacy.
• Proven conflict management skills to handle challenging situations calmly.
