That growth is driven by a strong clinical culture and a real need for thoughtful, accessible urgent care. As demand continues to build, we’re expanding and looking for veterinarians who want to practice high-quality medicine in a model designed for both clinical excellence and personal sustainability.

We deliver emergency-level care in an urgent care setting. That means meaningful cases, strong diagnostics, and real impact - without overnights or the intensity of traditional 24/7 ER schedules.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent)

• All experience levels welcome; mentorship available

• Interest in urgent care or emergency medicine

• Strong diagnostic and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary plus 25% production (whichever is greater)
