We’re looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Client Sales Representative to help expand our reach in the community and connect families with the support they deserve. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on networking, relationship-building, and earning uncapped commission with long-term residual income potential.

Position Overview

The Client Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new client referrals, building and maintaining community partnerships, and promoting Agape United Home Care’s services through outreach, marketing, and consistent relationship management.

This position is commission-based with a monthly retainer for each client’s ongoing revenue , offering strong earning potential that grows over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Agape United Home Care’s non-medical home care services to families, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, social workers, senior centers, and other key partners.
• Drop off marketing materials and represent Agape professionally at community events and networking meetings.
• Conduct outreach and cold calls to potential partners and leads.
• Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions using the agency’s systems.
• Develop creative outreach and partnership strategies to drive new client acquisition.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and partnership performance.
• Earn referral bonuses for new clients that come through your direct partnerships.

Compensation Structure

• Large upfront percentage of each new client’s revenue upon sign-up.
• Monthly residual retainer based on each client’s ongoing revenue.
• Referral bonuses for any client referred by a community partner you’ve established.
• Paid monthly , with the opportunity to build a consistent and growing stream of income over time.
• Hourly pay for events, any event that is scheduled in the community is paid out at $20/hr

This position is ideal for individuals who are confident in their sales ability and looking to build lasting relationships and steady monthly earnings as their client base grows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach (healthcare or home care experience preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Professional and personable demeanor with a passion for helping others.
• Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work independently.
• Reliable transportation for community visits and marketing drop-offs.
• Must be comfortable with commission-based pay.

Schedule

• Flexible, self-managed schedule.
• Most work is done in the community, attending events, and meeting with referral sources.
