Locum - Physician - Surgery - Vascular Findlay, OH

Job Opportunity – Vascular Surgeon (Locum Tenens) – Ohio
Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Ohio
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Part-time locum coverage, 1 week per month (7am Monday through 7am Monday) OR 2 weekends per month (7am Friday through 7am Monday). No scheduled clinic patients – inpatient and ED consults only with call coverage.

Requirements:
- Active Ohio state medical license (required)
- Board Certification in Vascular Surgery (required)
- Ability to perform all standard vascular surgery procedures per delineation of privileges
- Professional liability insurance: minimum $1,000,000 per occurrence / $3,000,000 annual aggregate with insurer rated B+ or better by A.M. Best Company
- Case logs from the last two years must be provided at time of application
- Local or regional candidates highly preferred
