Caregiver

The Echelon of Medina Assisted Living and Memory Care is currently seeking both full-time and part-time care partners to work ALL SHIFTS.

As a Caregiver you will provide patient care under direction of nursing staff. You will be responsible for performing a variety of duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, moving patients, or changing linens.

Pay Details:

• $15/hour - low experience
• $16/hour - experienced (STNA or Assisted Living/Skilled Facility)

Shift Differentials:

• Additional $2/hour for 5PM-10PM shift
• Additional $3/hour for 10PM-6AM & 6AM-9AM

Additional responsibilities:

• Ensuring resident medical needs are being addressed
• Providing physical support to assist patients to perform activities of daily living
• Ensuring patient receives appropriate nutritional needs based on care plans
• Observing residents to detect symptoms that may require medical attention
• Documenting or otherwise reporting observations of patient behavior, complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Caregiver preferred
• CNA or STNA license preferred
