About the Role: We’re seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanical Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you'll help bring custom HVAC systems to life by assembling structural frames, installing components, and ensuring top-tier quality at every step. If you're mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and take pride in precision, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical components, frames, compressors, piping, and valves according to engineering drawings and specifications

• Read blueprints, layout diagrams, and follow written/verbal instructions

• Operate general hand and power tools (drills, grinders, impact drivers, etc.)

• Perform in-process checks to verify proper fit, alignment, and tolerances

• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues

• Follow safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area

Qualifications:

• Previous mechanical assembly, fabrication, or HVAC manufacturing experience preferred

• Ability to read technical drawings and use measurement tools (tape measure, calipers)

• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and manual dexterity

• Team player with good communication skills

• Willingness to learn and adapt to custom build requirements
