Salary: 55,000-60,000 + bonus

We are seeking a hands-on, high-energy Co-Manager / Assistant General Manager to support daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. This role is a key member of the leadership team, responsible for driving operational excellence, supporting team development, and delivering a standout hospitality experience aligned with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Support oversight of daily front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations
• Ensure excellence in food and beverage quality, inventory management, and sanitation standards
• Partner with the General Manager to maintain efficient, high-performing operations

Team Leadership & Development

• Assist in recruiting, training, and coaching team members
• Foster a positive, high-energy culture that promotes engagement and retention
• Lead by example to inspire performance and accountability

Guest Experience

• Deliver exceptional hospitality and ensure a consistently positive guest experience
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally

Financial Performance

• Monitor and help control labor, food, and beverage costs
• Support achievement of sales, profitability, and operational goals

Compliance & Standards

• Ensure adherence to company policies, health regulations, and safety standards
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment

Community Engagement

Support local marketing initiatives and community events to drive brand awareness and traffic

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of restaurant management experience (full-service or casual dining preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Experience with scheduling, inventory, and cost control
• Passion for hospitality, food, and guest service excellence
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• ServSafe certification preferred
