Restore Donation Scheduler

Reports to ReStore Assistant Manager
Must answer all screener questions and include a resume to be considered for the position.
Weekly schedule will be Part time Tues-Fri 9:30 am to 5 pm
PTO days, 7 paid holidays and IRA available after 90 days
Possible pay increases at 90 days, mid year and end of year based on job performance.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Provides exemplary customer service by promptly answering and responding to phone calls, emails and providing timely acknowledgement of donations;
- Carries out donation screenings in alignment with current acceptance plan for donation/product usability, declining donations in a professional and courteous manner;
- Works with donors in a professional and positive manner to resolve concerns or complaints and escalate issues to Assistant Manager as appropriate;
- Prioritize calls and emails according to urgency and importance;
- Maintains donor relationships through high quality, attentive customer service;
- Schedules pickups and deliveries for multiple trucks utilizing computer software to create and coordinate efficient full schedule truck routes;
- Communicates route and donation details daily to ReStore truck associates with real-time information about donations, traffic, obstacles and requirements;
- Anticipates and resolve challenges with traffic, weather and stop delays by re-routing drivers and communicating with donors as appropriate;
- Provides donor activity, donation data and demographic reports in a timely and efficient manner;
- Prepares monthly dashboards for ReStore Committee, Executive Committee and Board of Directors;
- Enters volunteer data in software systems, maintains truck logs, maintains records of donor activities and communications;
- Provides administrative support to ReStore Manager and Assistant Manager and assures all ReStore operational supplies are stocked and re-ordered;
- Share Habitat for Humanity's mission to donors and explain how ReStore donations play an important role in Habitat's mission;
- Follows ReStore safety standards and recommends updates as needed;
- Other duties as required
Licenses and Certifications
*Valid driver's license and ability to be insured by HFH. No CDL is required; *Certification for forklift operation (training provided, if necessary); *CPR, AED and First Aid certification required (training provided, if necessary).Education and/or Experience
*High School Diploma or GED. Equivalent work experience will be considered. *Scheduling experience and office work preferred.OTHER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND/OR ABILITIES
* Excellent customer service and organizational skills, friendly and outgoing personality; *Creative problem-solving skills and ability to be flexible; *Self-motivated, self-starter who completes required tasks in a timely, accurate and efficient manner without close supervision; *Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel; *Must pass background check including criminal records and sex offender registry prior to offer of employment; *Ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships with supervisor, co-workers, and other HFH staff; *Must have commitment to the HFH mission and uphold its values and ethics.Physical Demands

This job is primarily sedentary, involving minimally difficult lifting, pushing, and moving of objects that could weigh up to 20 pounds. The job also requires a moderate amount of time standing walking, bending, climbing, stretching; and the regular repetitive use of arms and hands, pushing, pulling, and manipulating objects. Must be able to use hands, eyes, and fingers to operate computer equipment.

This job is accomplished primarily indoors, protected from weather elements, normally in climate-controlled indoor conditions.
Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Compensation depends on your experience.
