Description

This entry-level Desktop Support Technician role provides on‑site technical support to end users, handling a mix of Level 1 and Level 2 issues across hardware, software, and basic networking. The technician will troubleshoot Windows and macOS systems, Microsoft 365 applications, mobile devices, peripherals, and common business tools while delivering strong customer service. Responsibilities include device imaging and configuration, user account tasks in Active Directory and Azure AD, software installations, hardware diagnostics, ticket management, and participation in device deployments and refresh cycles. The role also assists with inventory tracking, documentation, and collaboration with other support teams. Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of IT support experience, hands‑on troubleshooting skills, familiarity with ticketing systems, and a solid foundation in networking basics. Experience with tools such as Intune, SCCM, or JAMF and progress toward certifications like A+ or Network+ is a plus.

This is a Contract position based out of North Canton, OH.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in North Canton,OH.
