Your New Role

As an HVAC Technician in northeast Ohio, you’ll be the go-to expert, servicing and maintaining heating and cooling systems in residential and light commercial properties. Your days will include:

• Responding to service calls and performing planned maintenance

• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC systems

• Performing system inspections and ensuring safe, efficient operation

• Educating customers on solutions and upgrades that make sense for their home or business

• Participating in ongoing training and contributing to a high-performing, customer-focused team

• High school diploma or GED (Associate’s degree a plus)

• 1+ years of HVAC experience required

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to perform emergency service coverage as needed

• General professional appearance required

• Must pass background checks
