Process Cleaners

Canadian Executive Search Group, a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is currently hiring Process Cleaners for our client LH Battery located in Jeffersonville, Ohio!



Shifts:

• 1st shift: 6:30AM -3:00PM or 6:00AM- 2:30PM
  
• Weekends as needed.

Pay Rate:

• 1st shift - $17 to $19.00 /HR

Job Duties:

  Physical Demands
  This role requires a significant amount of walking daily, due to the size and nature of the site.

  Please be aware that you will be working in an active construction environment. Situational awareness and adherence to all site protocols are essential.

  Job Responsibilities

    CRDR (Clean Room Dry Room)

      Cleaning

    • 
      
      

      Monitoring

    • 
      
      

      Inventory management

    • 
      
      

      Entry/exit enforcement

    • 
      
      

      Regulations enforcement

    • 
      
      

      Violation reporting

  • 
    
    

    Floors

    
    
    • 
      
      

      Sweeping to ensure areas are free of dirt, dust, and debris

    • 
      
      

      Waste and debris removal

    • 
      
      

      Trash collection and disposal

    • 
      
      

      Responding to additional LH Battery requests

  • 
    
    

    Beams, Pipes, Ceilings, and Walls

    
    
    • 
      
      

      Wipe clean and maintain dust-free conditions

  • 
    
    

    Ducts and Filters

    
    
    • 
      
      

      Monitor and replace construction filters as needed (daily checks)

  • 
    
    

    Exterior Process Equipment

    
    
    • 
      
      

      Clean and wipe down exterior surfaces (excluding control panels)

• 
  
  

  Attendance
  
  Consistent attendance is the most critical factor in determining eligibility for full-time status. Punctuality and reliability are essential for continued employment.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of industrial cleaning experience preferred;
  
• Valid driver’s license
  
• Must be able to pass pre-screening background check and drug test
  
• Must be able to complete and pass required safety testing
