Location: Eastlake, OH

Pay Range: $38-$45 per hour based on experience

Shift(s) Available: 1st Shift Monday -Friday Flexible Schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Operate manual lathes, milling machines, and other shop equipment to perform setups and production runs.

• Read and interpret blueprints and machining prints, ensuring accuracy to tight tolerances.

• Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers to verify quality.

• Troubleshoot and maintain machines to ensure smooth operations.

• Perform finishing tasks such as inspections, deburring, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with manual machining (lathes, mills, or similar).

• Strong blueprint reading skills and ability to apply shop math.

• Skilled in using precision measuring tools for accurate inspection.

• Mechanical aptitude with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

• Reliable and consistent attendance with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
