Maintenance Technician - Cincinnati

Tesoro Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join one of our long-term clients’ team at (1) of their properties in Cincinnati, OH (45209). The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in residential maintenance with plumbing, electrical and HVAC, have experience with unit turns, have knowledge of basic maintenance, be self-motivated, be able to organize multiple tasks throughout the day and is self-sufficient. Unit turn experience is required for this role. This role is a contracted and expected to last 30-60 days in length.
This role will be working with (1) community that was built in 1992, 276 Units, 3 stories and Luxury Market Rate.

Salary: $26-30/hour DOQ.

Schedule: Weekly schedule: Monday-Friday: 8:00-5:00/9:00-6:00.

Responsibilities and Job Duties:

• Prepare vacant units for occupancy by removing trash and other debris, performing maintenance, painting and cleaning within the timeframes established by the property.
• Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance/repair, as directed, on a daily basis
• Electrical and plumbing (including water lines)
• A/C and heating systems
• Appliances (when applicable)
• Tile, carpet, flooring
• Fireplaces, ceiling fans
• Gas fixtures and appliances
• Shutters, doors, cabinets, windows, sliding glass doors
• Door locks, mailboxes and locks
• Ceiling leaks
• Walls, minor sheetrock repair, painting

Qualifications and Experience:

• 2 years’ experience in residential maintenance.
• Experience in unit turns is required.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Be able to pass a Kari Koskinen background check.
