Product Manager -Project Delivery Specialist - AI & Engineering

Work you'll do/Responsibilities

A seasoned Product Manager with excellent communication and client-facing skills and experience in Agile-Scrum / Agile-DevOps, who will:

• Lead product discovery with client stakeholders to define the vision, outcomes, and success metrics

• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, release plan, and prioritization based on value, risk, and dependencies

• Translate business needs into clear product requirements (epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria) and ensure backlog readiness

• Own stakeholder alignment and expectation management, including facilitating workshops and driving timely decisions

• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, and Design to support solutioning discussions, trade-offs, and scope shaping without disrupting delivery

• Manage delivery execution with the offshore/onshore team by participating in Agile ceremonies and ensuring sprint goals and release objectives are met

• Use Jira and Confluence to manage backlog, document requirements, maintain product artifacts, and provide transparent status reporting

• Monitor and report progress using KPIs/OKRs

• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management

• Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

Qualifications

Required

  • 6+ Years of Experience delivering products using Agile-Scrum / Agile-DevOps practices with cross-functional teams (including offshore/onshore collaboration)
  • 6+ Years Experience of Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing discovery and translate outcomes into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • 6+ Years Hands-on proficiency with Jira and Confluence for backlog management, documentation, and reporting
  • Working knowledge of modern software delivery concepts (APIs, cloud, data, integration) to drive trade-offs and prioritization with engineering and architecture
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, including executive-ready status updates
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
