IS THIS ROLE AS AN HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN FOR YOU?

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM
• On-call rotation typically twice a month based on season and weather severity
• No regular Saturday installations
• Consistent workflow with overtime is available

As an HVAC Installation Technician, you start your day with a sense of purpose and excitement as you head out to various job sites across Cuyahoga and Lake counties. You're not just installing heating and cooling systems; you're creating comfort and peace of mind for our clients. Whether it's retrofitting older systems, renovating spaces, or setting up units in new constructions, your work matters. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to expand your expertise to geothermal and radiant systems, making every day a learning adventure.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE AN HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN

• EPA certified
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform typical tasks associated with installing heating and cooling systems

Previous HVAC experience is preferred but not required- we will train the right person !
